Compliance Manager

The Role:
- Developing, implementing, and updating company compliance policies and procedures for product compliance
- Overseeing a team member to assist in the compliance department
- Conducting ethical audits of factories to ensure standards
- Liaising with factories to resolve noncompliance issues
- Developing and implementing a regular programme to track auditing
- Helping the company establish and maintain chain of custody for FSC, GRS Recycled Product, and GOTS certifications
- Ensuring all products adhere to relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Liaising with regulatory bodies and maintaining relationships to ensure compliance and awareness of new developments
- Assisting in the setup and implementation of regulatory standards
- Developing and implementing procedures and practices to comply with these standards.
- Maintaining detailed records of compliance activities, audits, and investigations.
- Ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible for regulatory inspections

- Experience in a similar Product Compliance role
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship building skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
