Equipment Engineer

1. Understand, coordinate, and resolve various production equipment anomalies.
2. Provide technician training and work coordination.
3. Introduce new products, confirm processes, and supervise pre-production preparations.
4. Optimize SMT processes and procedures, and balance work hours.
5. Abnormally analysis and yield improvement.
6. PCB process includes(wave soldering, spray coating, depanel, press-fit, etc.).
7. Other tasks assigned by plant manager.

2. Manage technician training and work coordination.
3. Introduce new products into the production process, confirm production steps, and supervise pre-production preparations.
4. Improve SMT steps and processes, including balancing work hours.
5. Analyze abnormalities and improve yield rates.
6. PCB processes including (wave soldering, spray coating, depanel, press-fit, etc.).
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the plant manager.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in PCBA or any Electronic relate field. Bachelor's degree in PCBA or any field related to electronics. Male-Female, age not exceeding 40 and above. More than 3 years of experience in the PCBA industry or related. More than 3 years of experience in the PCBA industry or related fields. Ability to communicate in Chinese or English. Able to communicate in Chinese or English. Good understanding in 5Why, 7 QC Tools, 8D report, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Six Sigma and computer skill. Good understanding of quality tools such as 5Why, 7 QC Tools, 8D report, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Six Sigma, and has computer skills. Knowledge and understanding of IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001, ISO45001 standards. Knowledge and understanding of IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001, ISO45001 standards. Ability to communicate in Chinese or English. Able to communicate in Chinese or English. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Good communication and teamwork skills.
