Lighting Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities ·        Replace light tubes, bulbs, and related lighting fixturesto ensure proper operation. ·        Conduct regular inspections of electrical wiring,switches, and outlets to identify and eliminate safety hazards. ·        Monitor equipment status through the system platform;address offline devices or faults promptly. ·        Perform basic equipment adjustments and partsreplacements. ·        Maintain records of all maintenance and inspections withphotographic documentation. ·        Keep the work site safe and tidy; report any issues tothe supervisor immediately. ·        Assist the supervisor in monitoring contractors’installation progress, conducting site inspections and troubleshootinginstallation-related issues. ·        Carry out other general duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
