Trade Finance Supervisor

1. Prepare L/C application forms and L/C Amendment application forms by entering data into the bank's system, and prepare S/G, T/R under L/C application forms to be used as supporting documents for customs clearance processes, involving obligations to use existing credit lines with the bank, and record the debt obligations arising from S/G, T/R under L/C in the SAP system to be used for verifying the accuracy of collection documents from foreign vendors.
2. Prepare foreign remittance application forms, prepare Trust Receipts to utilize T/R under T/T credit lines, and prepare T/T Cash remittance application forms to pay for goods to foreign vendors without using bank credit lines, accurately and within the specified time.
3. Prepare daily incoming goods reports to be used as information for booking exchange rates, where such information is received from the Shipping and Warehouse departments to be used in preparing the reports.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking, Management (or equivalent), Economics, Business Administration 3 years of experience or more Able to use Ms.Excel functions Vlookup or Pivot table Good English language skills
