Your tasks
- Assist customers with enquiries and recommend suitable sauces, condiments and food products.
- Introduce product features, usage and promotions to customers.
- Prepare and assist with food sampling activities, including basic food preparation and serving samples to customers.
- Arrange product displays, replenish stocks and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organised.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks.
- Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene and product presentation.
- Handle sales transactions and provide friendly customer service.
- Assist with daily store operations and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Retail, sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to assist customers with product enquiries.
- Willing to learn about sauces, condiments and the company's product range.
- Comfortable with product sampling preparation, stock replenishment and hands-on retail duties.
- Responsible, proactive and customer-oriented.
- Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and rostered shifts.
