About the company
A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a medical manager to be based in Riyadh.
Your tasks
The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement the medical affairs strategy for the assigned therapeutic area, aligned with global and regional priorities.
- Identify key medical needs, treatment gaps, and emerging opportunities within the local healthcare landscape.
- Establish and maintain strong scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Develop and deliver medical education initiatives to enhance disease awareness and scientific understanding.
- Prepare and review scientific materials, medical presentations, and educational content in line with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with commercial, market access, regulatory affairs, and patient support teams to support integrated brand and patient strategies.
Requirements
Applicants must have proven work experience in the country where the role is based. Candidates who have relocated within the last 12 months will not be considered.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical medical affairs.
- Experience in neurology, immunology, or multiple sclerosis (MS).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of clinical research, evidence-based medicine, and scientific data interpretation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent Arabic speaker is a must.
