Kinetic has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company who are hiring a business analyst to be based in Riyadh.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsible for transforming market data into actionable strategic insights that will guide all commercial decisions, from forecasting and territory design to performance management.

Utilizing IQVIA and other data sources to develop a weighted map of sales potential across KSA.

Developing and managing the commercial performance dashboards. Track KPIs for the sales team post-launch and provide regular, insightful reports to the GTM committee.

To be successful, you will need to meet the following:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, statistics, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in a business analytics, sales analytics, or commercial excellence role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in Saudi Arabia.

Demonstrated, hands-on expertise with IQVIA data is mandatory.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
