Associate Creative Director

Job Description

We are working with a reputable and well-established interior design company who are hiring an associate creative director to be based in Dubai.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support the creative director in maintaining the overall creative vision and design standards.

Review and approve design concepts and project deliverables, providing creative direction and feedback.

Oversee design quality across luxury residential projects, particularly for VIP clients.

Ensure designs effectively balance regional influences with European and UK design aesthetics.

Provide creative guidance to the design team and ensure consistent, high-quality output.

Support innovation and continuous improvement across design and FF&E.

Escalate key creative or project risks to senior leadership.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or a related discipline.

Strong experience with luxury projects and VIP clients.

Understanding of Arabic and European design styles.

Strong creative judgement and ability to review, challenge and develop design concepts.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
