Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to ensure excellence in teaching, learning, curriculum delivery, assessment, and technology integration. School Administration and Operations: Oversee the day-to-day administration of the school, consequent oversee, ensuring efficient operations, policy implementation and execution, budgeting, and a safe, inclusive learning environment. Staff Leadership and Development: Lead, supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff while fostering professional development, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement and Compliance: Build strong relationships with parents, the PTA, management, and external stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with GES regulations, preparing management reports, and upholding child safeguarding standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field (Master's Degree is an added advantage). Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar leadership role. Demonstrated knowledge of the Ghanaian curriculum and educational policies. Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
