Job Summary Support dental operations by managing patient interactions, assisting dental surgeons during procedures, maintaining clinic cleanliness and stock, and coordinating appointments and lab cases to ensure smooth clinic functioning. Responsibilities Respond to patient enquiries efficiently and courteously to enhance patient experience and support sales growth Dispense medication and provide clear post-treatment instructions to patients Manage billing processes accurately and timely Coordinate and book patient appointments and lab cases to optimize clinic scheduling Clean and sterilize dental instruments to maintain hygiene and safety standards Assist dental surgeons during procedures including scaling, polishing, fillings, implant and wisdom tooth surgery, root canal treatment, crowns, and dentures Perform housekeeping duties to keep the clinic premises clean and operational Conduct stocktaking and ensure treatment rooms are sufficiently stocked at all times Handle lab casting tasks as required Preferred competencies and qualifications Previous dental experience (added advantage) Basic computer skills for clinic administrative tasks Fluency in Mandarin (added advantage) to assist communication with Mandarin-speaking patients Other Information Training will be provided for candidates without prior dental experience Must be able to commit to working 2 weekday nights and at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday), occasionally both weekends Attractive remuneration based on performance 44-hour work week on a roster basis Effort and hard work will be rewarded Opportunity to acquire lifelong skills and engage in meaningful work please whatsapp to 89914880 to apply
