Early Childhood Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure smooth daily learning routines
• Prepare and maintain a safe, orderly, and beautiful Montessori environment that fosters independence and curiosity.
• Observe, document, and communicate children’s progress clearly, warmly, and consistently with parents
• Craft comprehensive progress reports that are deeply rooted in authentic Montessori philosophy and observation-based assessment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields (Psychology, English)
• Min 2 years experience in preschool/ early years context
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
