Process Engineer - Afula

• Ensuring efficient operation and meeting production targets: quality in the process and the result, centerline, efficiency, professionalism of the teams in troubleshooting
• Daily change management - updating and managing centerline, updating and managing product changeovers.
• Process documentation
• Process optimization – product changeovers, treatments, work routines, etc.
• Professional management of the process personnel team – mentoring, guidance, teaching, and feedback.
• Operational responsibility for implementation and adherence to SetUp instructions.
• Leading and implementing new technological and process change processes.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining connections for knowledge transfer with other factories or with KCI in the technical field.
• Providing process solutions, service, and assistance to Shift Leaders at all hours of the day.
• Responsibility for monitoring excess consumption and finding solutions to handle them. Within the scope of the role, additional areas of responsibility will be planned and added later.

Job Requirements:

• Mechanical/Materials or Chemistry Engineer - Mandatory
• 2-3 years of experience in the industry as a Process Engineer/as a Mechanical Engineer
• High level of proficiency in English: speaking, reading, and writing - Mandatory
• High level of proficiency in computer software, with an emphasis on Office software
• Full-time position Sun-Thu, calls and work on Fridays are planned.
