Production Shift Manager - Afula Plant

• Implementation and application of the proactive safety plan.
• Management of shift employees - machine teams: discipline, training and development, work scheduling, etc.
• Onboarding, training, and leading of machine teams.
• Responsibility for meeting output, quality, and safety targets of the teams.
• Responsibility for process flow and its optimization.
• Leading problem analysis and resolution, analytical analysis of data. Drawing conclusions, determining courses of action.
• Overall responsibility for plant activity during evening and night shifts (safety, logistics, quality, maintenance, production, and emergency).
• Execution of the production plan in coordination with planning, logistics, and quality.
• Supervision of process implementation on the production floor – production control, process quality, Centerline product approval.
• Organized shift handovers between managers and teams.
• Extensive work with data, technical systems, and interfaces.
• Work according to occupational health and safety policy. Work according to environmental quality policy.
• Practical Engineer in the field of production and/or a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Practical technical experience in managing production processes.
• Experience in employee management (large teams) - a great advantage.
• Knowledge of control systems.
• Experience in the quality field.
• Leading efficiency processes.
• Proficiency in English: good level - speaking, reading, and writing.
• Proficiency in computer software: Office software.
• Work in three shifts: one week morning, one week evening, and one week night.
