Sales

• Drive sales and achieve/exceed monthly targets
• Prospect and develop new leads & existing customer accounts
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right solutions
• Conduct customer interviews, follow up leads and close sales
• Match customers with suitable services and manage the sales process
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Handle negotiations, customer concerns and provide effective solutions
• Prepare contracts and maintain accurate customer information in the system
• Follow up with customers for feedback, satisfaction and testimonials
• Track sales performance and submit weekly sales reports to the Manager
• Deliver excellent customer service with a professional, patient and positive attitude

Qualifications: Degree in BBA or BA in any related fields *** Graduates are welcome Proficiency in Thai and little English language Excellent communication skills, confidence Negotiation Skills Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Computer literacy, experience working with sales program, CRM programs, etc. Ability to generate sales report Have a good mindset and attitude
