Managing Director (m/f/d)

Dortmund, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany / Full-time

What you will achieve

• Leading a team of approximately ten employees
• Compiling annual sales targets (collaboration with the Regionalleiter CH)
• Monitoring monthly sales and taking corrective measures in case of plan deviations
• Steering annual PR and advertising measures
• Employee recruitment
• Employee development (seminar conception, initial and further training, internal personnel development)
• Steering and monitoring of administrative processes
• Organization of operational and technical maintenance
• Building a functioning "network" (acquisition of corporate partners, etc.)

What defines you

• You have completed vocational training in the fitness and health industry
• Leadership experience in the health and fitness industry, unless no internal Kieser training is available.
• You place great value on taking responsibility and leading a team
• You want to participate in the expansion/development of an international company
• You show commitment and the ability to express yourself authentically and appropriately to the situation
• You have good foreign language skills (English)
