Responsibilities Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards Plan, implement, and monitor work schedules to achieve timely and smooth progress of construction works Liaise effectively with consultants, contractors, and authorities to coordinate project requirements and resolve issues Enforce safety protocols to ensure all work activities comply with safety regulations and standards Conduct inspections according to ISO/OHSAS requirements to verify adherence to quality and safety standards Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project delivery and team objectives Required competencies and certifications Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering by PE Board Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficiency in Autocad software Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
