School Manager - Milano (South-west Area)

Are you a Store Manager or have you had experience as a Vice / Assistant Store Manager? Are you a Sales figure coming from the commercial / Retail sector and do you know how to use social media? We are expanding our schools because we believe that children deserve the best in English language education. For this very reason, we have an ambitious expansion plan that involves the opening of 30 new schools per year throughout Italy. As a School Manager, we will provide you with all the necessary training tools to further develop your skills in sales, branch management, and team management. You will be responsible for: Managing the daily operations of the Kids&Us center, from both a commercial and academic point of view;

Ensuring sales growth through the implementation of specific commercial strategies, frequently monitoring our KPI;

Welcoming customers and building relationships with parents, as well as performing customer consultancy activities;

Organizing events and managing local partners, as well as generating leads to convert them into enrollees.

Profile: Ability to plan commercial activities;

Excellent skills in customer consultancy and in building commercial relationships;

Previous experience in the Education, Commercial, or Retail sectors as a commercial consultant, Sales Manager, Team Leader, Store / School Manager, or Vice / Assistant Store Manager;

Ability to manage and motivate our teachers;

Good knowledge of English (B1/B2).

What we offer: Permanent contract, full time (38h);

Expected RAL range for the position: €26,000 – €28,000, commensurate with the candidate's experience, with a variable bonus upon reaching objectives (10-20% of the RAL);
