School Director

We are looking for a School Director for our Modřany location who understands that leading a small team, caring for families, and hitting commercial targets all at once is not for everyone. What the role involves: Day-to-day management of the school — team, operations, and quality of teaching

Driving student enrolment and loyalty — setting and hitting targets, following up with leads, converting trial lessons into long-term enrolments

Lead management: converting enquiries into enrolments and ensuring an excellent experience for every family

Local marketing, community events and partnerships — positioning Kids&Us as the go-to English school in the area

Managing social media presence — primarily Instagram and Facebook — to grow local visibility

Building relationships with families and the local community

Coordinating with teachers and academic coordinators to maintain teaching standards

Reporting to the Area Manager on a weekly basis

What we're looking for: Experience managing a small team — in education, retail, hospitality, or a similar service environment

Commercial mindset: comfortable with targets, follow-up calls, and sales conversations

Experience or genuine interest in social media management (Instagram, Facebook)

Strong communicator — warm with families, direct and reliable with the team

Organised and proactive: able to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail

Passion for children's education and genuine interest in the Kids&Us method

Czech — native or near-native level

English — minimum B2 level, both written and spoken

Based in Prague, preferably near Kids&Us Nové Butovice school

What we offer: Fixed gross salary 50,000 CZK/month

Performance-based quarterly bonuses — up to 200,000 CZK per year
