Academic Coordinator Kids&Us Donostia

We have an international community of committed teachers and, for our centers in Donostia/Errenteria, we are looking to incorporate an Academic Coordinator to join our team. As an Academic Coordinator, you will play a key role in guaranteeing the academic excellence of the center, supporting the teaching team and ensuring the best experience for our students and their families. Main responsibilities: Accompany and monitor the teaching team in lesson preparation, delivery, and student evaluation.

Plan and execute Kids&Us academic activities and events to boost student and family loyalty.

Supervise student progress (attendance, evolution, evaluations, reports, and meetings with families).

Conduct formal evaluations.

Drive continuous improvement of the team through training, feedback, and coaching, ensuring the correct application of the Kids&Us methodology.

Coordinate the academic organization of the center (schedules, groups, and teacher assignment) in collaboration with management.

Act as a link between the teaching team, families, management, and Kids&Us headquarters.

Requirements: Advanced level of English (minimum C1).

Experience in educational environments (academies, schools, language schools, or similar).

Previous experience in coordination or team management will be valued.

Organized profile, with leadership capacity, initiative, and people orientation.

Very good command of digital tools (especially Microsoft 365 environment: Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.).

Communication skills and the ability to relate to teachers, students, and families.

Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and problem-solving.

Negative certificate of sexual offenses (essential requirement in Spain).
