About the company
The Team Leader is responsible for supervising frontline staff and overseeing the daily operations of assigned establishments at KidZania Singapore. The role ensures smooth operations, effective manpower deployment, compliance with safety procedures, and excellent customer service to children, families, and visitors.
Your tasks

- Supervise and guide frontline staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Assign duties and coordinate manpower deployment according to operational needs.
- Ensure establishments are properly prepared, operational, clean, and well-maintained.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Train and coach team members on operational procedures and service standards.
- Ensure children's safety and compliance with workplace safety requirements.
- Handle visitor enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Report incidents, operational issues, and maintenance requirements to management.
- Coordinate with other departments to support events, school visits, and daily activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Requirements
- Previous experience in team supervision, operations, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
