Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive and responsive customer service to effectively address customer needs and inquiries
- Operate cashier functions accurately to process sales transactions
- Perform stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Execute daily housekeeping tasks including opening and closing the store to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed store sales targets
- Maintain the store’s cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal at all times
- Follow the team roster and maintain a positive attendance record
- Stand for extended periods (6-7 hours) during shifts to support store activities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail experience
- Demonstrate a positive and mature working attitude
- Exhibit strong customer service and sales orientation
- Ability to work retail hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays within a 5-day work week (for full-time employees)
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
