In the context of the development of our hardware products, we are looking for an automation and embedded software engineer to support project teams in product design. Someone who will intervene in all stages of projects and will be responsible for the design, development, and verification of control/command systems.
Missions: · Definition of project needs, based on the client · Design the functional architecture integrating programmable logic controllers (PLC), communication networks, and HMI interfaces. · Design the software architecture of the PLC program · Program PLCs and develop HMI interfaces. · Write technical documentation for design, installation, and validation. · Develop and optimize control command programs and associated tools. · Play a key role in the relationship with clients, certifying bodies, and suppliers. · Design and integrate sensor/actuator drivers and automation tools, · Develop tools and scripts in Python (tests, automation, maintenance, prototyping) · Develop embedded firmwares (STM32, ESP32, Nordic...) in C/C++
Profile: · Minimum 5 years of experience in a position involving embedded systems and PLC. · Graduate of an engineering school or a Master's degree (industrial computing, embedded systems, electrical engineering, automation...). · Mastery of PLC languages (notably Structured Text) · Mastery of languages in embedded environments, C/C++ · Ability to work with software, mechanical, and electronic teams · Solid skills in PLC programming and Hardware · Fluent English · Knowledge of safety · Knowledge of Ethercat is a plus
