As a project manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team composed of 3 to 10 engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Pre-sales Phase:

• Participating in pre-sales phases with sales representatives, program managers, and business experts
• Participating in the estimation of projects for your team (quality, cost, and deadline)

Delivery Management and Monitoring:

• Leading a team of passionate engineers through the prototyping, design, testing, and validation phases (POC/EVT/DVT/PVT)
• Participating in defining eco-design and industrial relocation approaches
• Participating in / implementing / performing life cycle assessments of products to allow for the improvement of the products' CSR impacts
• Implementing eco-design analysis guidelines in product developments
• Identifying, qualifying, and ensuring the proper management of suppliers
• Leading the transfer to production from pre-series to series production
• Managing design reviews and DFx analysis (DFA / DFM / DFT)
• Guaranteeing product quality and established processes as well as compliance with current HSE standards

Profile sought:

• Holder of an engineering degree or equivalent Master's degree with a specialization in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Software, or Robotics
• Significant experience in project management and product industrialization
• Multi-disciplinary knowledge of constraints in Mechanics, Electronics, and Software is necessary
• Good interpersonal skills to ensure client relations, lead project management, and manage suppliers
• Strong skills in scoping, management, project monitoring, and reporting
• Having natural leadership and a sharp team spirit with a true desire to tackle challenges.
• English is necessary
