Supervisor

Position Level : Executive / Supervisor

Salary : $3,700 / month Job Description: Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure quality, progress, and safety standards.

Supervise, assign tasks, and monitor the performance of site and sub-contractors.

Manage site inventory, including materials, scaffolding, and tools, ensuring proper use and minimal wastage.

Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and conduct regular site safety briefings.

Coordinate with Project Managers, main contractors, and clients to resolve on-site technical and operational issues.

Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in painting work with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Possess relevant safety certifications (e.g., SEC(K) / CSOC) preferred.

Good knowledge of paint materials, surface preparation, and coating application techniques.

Able to read simple technical drawings and estimate material requirements.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
