Project Manager

Job Summary Lead and manage painting and construction projects from planning through execution to final handover, ensuring compliance, quality, budget control, and stakeholder coordination in the Singapore construction industry. Responsibilities Lead project planning, execution, and final handover for painting and construction projects to achieve timely and quality delivery. Manage project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and quality control to meet defined project goals. Coordinate with clients, architects, main contractors, and government authorities to ensure project requirements and compliance are met. Monitor project expenditure by reviewing progress payments, managing variations, and controlling costs effectively. Enforce strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) laws, BCA guidelines, and site safety standards throughout project lifecycle. Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in the Singapore construction industry. Strong knowledge of local building regulations, BCA requirements, and WSH standards. Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, or related project planning software.
