ENGINEER

1. Having 6 years (inclusive) to 10 years (exclusive) ofexperience in integrating construction site

management in civil engineering;

1. Have experience in compiling various specializedconstruction plans for civil engineering

projects, as well as compiling relevant documents such aschange design technical negotiation forms;

1. Having experience in various sub projects of civilengineering, including but not limited to

foundation, structure, secondary structure, foundationdecoration engineering, fine decoration engineering, actual construction management of exteriorfacade engineering, on-site process promotion, progress execution and correction, laborexecution and correction, on-site construction personnel management, etc;

1. Having the relevant engineering management technologypractice license in Singapore or

Chinese Mainland (Grade II constructor, safety production Bcertificate or civil construction intermediate engineer or above) or Taiwan, China (qualitycontrol engineer, labor safety and health engineer, etc.);

1. Have relevant substantive work experience in qualitymonitoring and execution, progress

monitoring and execution, safety responsibility productionmonitoring and execution of civil engineering projects;

1. Have experience in applying for construction commencementprocedures, compiling

construction process data, applying for completionprocedures, and applying for property certificates or building use licenses;

1. Having practical work experience of over 50000 squaremeters in technology factories,

electronic factories, or electronic related industryfactories;

1. Can adapt to high-pressure workers.

Job requirements

1. Familiar with the compilation and review of pricingoperation data for Party A on the

construction site;

1. Familiar with the compilation and review of pricing datafor each subcontractor on the

construction site;

1. Familiar with the ability to compile and review relevantwork such as engineering purchase

orders, engineering subcontracting plans, and engineeringsubcontracting requirements;

1. Strong coordination, communication, execution,organizational, and stress resistance skills;
2. Diligent in work, strong sense of responsibility, andwilling to obey the work tasks assigned by

the project manager;

1. Educational requirements: College degree or above;
2. Familiar with operating computer software related to CADor BIM;
3. Familiar with operating office computer software;
4. Have experience in directly managing a team of 2 or morepeople.
