Reporting to the offer management and within a team of 9 pattern makers, You participate in the construction of collections and are the guarantor of comfort and fit. Your main missions: Create a technical file You interpret the style drawing from its conception. You request additional explanations and make your technical recommendations, create and transmit the product's technical file internally (size charts created via an internal tool + diagrams on Illustrator) while respecting product safety. You use the existing block-pattern library and evolve it by integrating technical innovations with your customer needs. You participate in the standardization project of your products for your customer target or cross-functionally. You develop a product purchased in the long term as well as in the short term. You plan your fittings together with the stylist, product manager depending on the case, and models, and inform the teams of the main changes in assembly and measurements. You ensure the development of products in compliance with the common file tracking table (shared from the product manager to the offices in Asia), alerting the relevant teams in case of discrepancies. Customer knowledge and quality approach You coordinate for the technical team the store visits (product / quality / pattern makers), product selection with product managers, and model appointments. You write the report of your visits. You participate in shopping trips with the product teams every season. For your products, at the request of the quality department, you provide debriefs regarding the acceptance or rejection of a non-compliant product.

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a lingerie or ready-to-wear company, and you are passionate about the world of lingerie.

You are autonomous, rigorous, and possess good common sense.

You enjoy working in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams, and you are fast and organized.

You master Illustrator.

English reading, writing, and speaking (minimum B1 level) including technical textile vocabulary.
