Your tasks

Within the Finance teams and reporting to the CSP R2R Leader, you are the internal control referent for the activities operated by the Shared Services Center.

Your main mission is to design, deploy, and manage a robust internal control system, proportionate to the risks and integrated into the CSP processes. You will specifically ensure compliance with Sapin II law requirements, respect for Group standards and procedures, the reliability of accounting operations, and the securing of R2R, P2P, and O2C processes.

In a logic of prevention, detection, and continuous improvement, you will support operational teams, challenge the effectiveness of controls, follow remediation plans, and contribute to spreading a sustainable culture of risk management within the CSP.

Main responsibilities 1. Build and maintain the CSP internal control system (COSO Method)

  • Construction of the CSP internal control framework in connection with the group internal control.
  • Mapping of operational, financial, and compliance risks.
  • Design and formalization of key controls.
  • Evaluation of control effectiveness and subsequent improvements.
  • Management of remediation plans, testing their effectiveness.
  • Developing the internal control culture within the department.

2. Implement and manage Sapin II compliance within the CSP

  • Design, formalize, and maintain anti-corruption accounting controls covering the main financial processes.
  • Ensure that every identified risk has appropriate, documented, and regularly executed controls.
  • Define the methods for performing controls, expected evidence, alert thresholds, and escalation rules.
  • Guarantee the preservation and traceability of elements demonstrating the effective execution of controls.

3. Guarantee compliance with processes, procedures, internal standards, and the proper use of data frameworks.

  • Participate in the construction of all processes to include internal control by design.
  • Implement monitoring of the correct application of processes.
  • Guarantee the update of the group accounting manual.
  • Lead all countries and the CSP on its application.

4. Coordinate audits

  • Plan the annual audit mission with the various stakeholders in connection with the R2R leader and the CSP leader.
  • Organize the annual debriefing meeting for the N-1 audit and present annual updates.
  • Manage and follow action plans related to elements raised in the management letters from our auditors.

Example KPIs for the position

  • 100% of anti-corruption controls completed
  • 100% of sensitive third parties evaluated
  • 100% of processes controlled / year
  • Number of anomalies detected

Furthermore, the future job holder will implement a monitoring dashboard for their activity, which will be debriefed monthly to the CSP co-lead and made available to the key instances of Kiabi's organization.
