We are looking for additional Service Technicians (m/f/d) to strengthen our Field Service immediately.

Location: Dortmund / Nordrhein-Westfalen

Your tasks:

• Carrying out electrotechnical modifications on KHS machines at customer sites as well as optimization of KHS overall systems
• Assembly/disassembly as well as replacement and repair of machine components including commissioning
• Recording of spare parts
• Support during Line Audits
• Troubleshooting, analysis of occurring malfunctions and implementation of corresponding corrective measures
• Support during customer trainings

Your requirements:

• Electrotechnical training
• Training focus or several years of professional experience in handling service activities in plant/machine construction is an advantage
• Good Siemens S7 knowledge, ideally also TIA Portal
• Knowledge in the area of Siemens Simotion and KUKA KRC2 + KRC4 is an advantage
• Experience with the bus systems ASI-Bus, Profi-Bus and Profi-Net
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• High willingness to travel
• Analytical thinking to solve technical tasks
• Committed and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently
• Strong customer orientation and a confident, friendly appearance
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and organizational talent
