For the "Sales Marketing" (SKM) department, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Referent (m/w/d) at the earliest possible date.

Location: Dortmund / Nordrhein-Westfalen

Your tasks:

• Creation, maintenance, and provision of customer-oriented sales documents as well as convincing presentation materials in cooperation with Sales and specialist departments
• Management of content and documents in a sales-related context as well as support for Lead Management and Lead Scoring
• Support and coordination of content for customer workshops and seminars
• Construction and further development of a global Sales Toolkit (incl. Service Sales Toolbox and master presentations)
• Creation and further development of a Sales Support Roadmap for relevant content and products
• Coordinating cooperation with internal and international interfaces (including Sales, Product Management, Service)

Your requirements:

• Completed qualification (vocational training/degree) in the field of business or marketing
• Initial professional experience with the processing of complex data or the creation of complex presentation documents is desirable
• Understanding of Customer Journey & CRM
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing, other language skills are an advantage
• Good ability to express yourself in speaking & writing
• Very good PC application skills
• Structured, independent working style
• Flexibility, resilience
