Effective immediately, we are looking for a Project Manager Mechanical and Plant Engineering (m/f/d) for our "Project Management Asia Pacific/China & Europe/GUS" department at the Bad Kreuznach location.

Location: Bad Kreuznach / Rheinland-Pfalz

Your tasks:

• Overall project management for customer orders
• Development of project schedules
• Responsibility for project success (costs, payments, deadlines, and quality)
• Steering and coordination of the project team and all interfaces
• Technical and commercial order clarification
• Commercial controlling of the project, deadline monitoring, and project reporting
• Change and Claim Management
• Assessment of opportunities and risks based on the Project Risk Inspection (PRIP)
• Coordination of escalation management; resolution of conflicts
• Conducting project reviews and exchange of experience with stakeholders
• Preparation of the construction site phase as well as construction site management in close cooperation with the site manager
• Project steering until defect-free handover to customers and After Sales Service

Your requirements:

• Preferably a combined technical-commercial education (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering/Brewing and Business Administration or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience and good knowledge of project management methods and/or in technical sales is desirable
• Practical experience working as a Project Manager (m/f/d) for projects in mechanical and plant engineering, preferably in the food/beverage industry, is an advantage
• Business fluent English in speaking and writing as a requirement, knowledge of another foreign language (ideally Spanish or French) is an advantage
• Goal-oriented and structured way of working
• Teamwork skills, assertiveness, and adequate manners
• Reliable, efficient time management and flexible work deployment according to project requirements
• Willingness for frequent business trips and longer stays abroad (approx. 15% travel share)
