For the Product Center Palletizing (TBP), we are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

Location: Worms / Rheinland-Pfalz

Your tasks:

• Further development of the product strategy in the field of palletizing technology
• Management of the product lifecycle from idea to market launch
• Analysis of market, customer, and technology trends
• Conducting strategic customer discussions and deriving market requirements
• Creation of specifications for product and development projects
• Close cooperation with development, sales, service, and marketing
• Monitoring the competition as well as identification of innovation potentials
• Further development of the product portfolio and ensuring competitiveness

Your requirements:

• Completed technical university degree, e.g., Maschinenbau or Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
• Experience in product management within a technically oriented industrial environment
• Understanding of machine and plant technology as well as industrial processes
• Knowledge of the market environment in the beverage, packaging, or capital goods industry is an advantage
• Experience with product development methods, e.g., FMEA or QFD
• Analytical and strategic mindset
• Structured and independent way of working
• Business fluent English skills as well as willingness to travel internationally
