We are looking for a Commissioning Technician (m/f/d) in the field of Process Technology for the Commissioning Department at our Bad Kreuznach location, effective immediately.

Location: Bad Kreuznach / Rheinland-Pfalz

Your tasks:

• Commissioning of process technology systems (CIP/Mixer/KZE/Filter etc.) in the plant and worldwide at the customer's site
• Error diagnosis and implementation of corrective measures as part of machine acceptance in the plant and at the customer's site
• Independent analysis, rectification, and documentation of functional malfunctions
• Supporting service technicians during troubleshooting
• Ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and quality guidelines during commissioning
• Creating/supplementing test lists, measurement and error protocols, and reports
• Coordination and active interface clarification with other specialist departments
• Technical consulting for customers regarding service inquiries
• Instruction of customer personnel in operation and maintenance

Your requirements:

• Completed training as an Elektroniker (m/f/d) or Mechatroniker (m/f/d) or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in machine and/or plant engineering desirable
• Technician or comparable further training is an advantage
• Extensive knowledge in the fields of electronics, drive technology, and control technology
• Experience and knowledge in programming in Siemens S7 / TIA and Allen Bradley
• Knowledge of ProLeit
• English language skills
• Resilience, ambition, and flexibility
• Personal responsibility and teamwork skills
• Willingness for worldwide assembly and commissioning assignments at the customer's site
