We are looking for a Commissioning Technician (m/f/d) for new machine commissioning and service orders for our Keg systems for our "Commissioning Keg Technology" department at the Bad Kreuznach location (residence throughout Germany possible), effective immediately.

Location: Bad Kreuznach / Rheinland-Pfalz

Your tasks:

• Installation and commissioning of Keg filling systems at the plant and at our customers' sites (worldwide deployment), from the execution of initial operation to customer acceptance
• Modification and expansion of various SPS programs, as well as performing function tests (adjustment and optimization)
• Creation of test lists, measurement and error protocols
• Adaptation of P&ID, cable, and revision plans
• Conversion and upgrade of machines and systems in the field, as well as performing maintenance and servicing work
• Independent identification of problems during customer assignments and contribution of solution approaches
• Execution and documentation of machine audits as well as spare parts surveys
• Technical consulting of customers on service matters

Your requirements:

• Successfully completed vocational training, ideally with an electrotechnical focus
• Several years of practical professional experience in the field of commissioning and/or service, ideally in the beverage industry or plant engineering
• Good knowledge of SPS programming with Siemens S7 and TIA-Portal
• Process engineering know-how desirable
• Independence, flexibility, and resilience
• Personal responsibility and teamwork skills
• High customer orientation
• Willingness for worldwide business trips (min. 80%, regular duration: approx. 6-8 weeks)
• Analytical thinking to solve technical tasks
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
