We are looking for a Commissioning Technician (m/f/d) in the field of Filling Technology for the Commissioning department at our Bad Kreuznach location, effective immediately.

Location: Bad Kreuznach / Rheinland-Pfalz

Your tasks:

• Carrying out initial commissioning at the plant and performing commissioning at the customer site
• Loading the software and the SPS program into the machine control
• Ensuring the functions of individual components at the plant
• Error diagnosis and implementation of corrective measures as part of the machine acceptance at the plant and at the customer site
• Ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and quality guidelines during commissioning
• Creating/supplementing test lists, measurement and error protocols, and reports
• Adapting cable, revision switching, and final circuit diagrams
• Cooperation with Quality Assurance

Your requirements:

• Completed training as a Mechatroniker, (m/f/d) or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical engineering and/or plant engineering desirable
• Experience and knowledge in programming in Siemens S7 / TIA and motion systems
• English language skills
• Resilience, ambition, and flexibility
• Personal responsibility and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to undertake worldwide assembly and commissioning assignments at customer sites
