We are looking for a Department Head Commissioning (m/f/d) for our Product Center Labeling Technology at our Dortmund location.

Location: Dortmund / Nordrhein-Westfalen

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for commissioning (schedule, costs, quality) within service delivery up to the performance test
• Capacity planning to ensure resources and deadlines
• Implementation of tools, methods, and processes from the production system and the areas of occupational safety and quality management
• Leading continuous process and cost optimization (commissioning and lead times)
• Maintenance and expansion of employee qualifications to ensure their tasks
• Training offers for commissioning / service technicians (worldwide)
• Communication interface to upstream and downstream departments

Your requirements:

• Completed technical vocational training with additional training, e.g., as a Techniker/Meister or a degree
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar field of application (site experience)
• Very good technical understanding
• Leadership qualities and ability to motivate
• Resilient, reliable, and flexible way of working
• Good MS-Office, SAP, and English skills
• Willingness to travel
