Effective immediately, we are looking for a Head of Site Staffing / Personnel Dispatch (m/f/d) for our "Site Staffing" department within the "Site Management" main department at the Bad Kreuznach location or alternatively at the Hamburg location.

Location: Bad Kreuznach / Rheinland-Pfalz

Your tasks:

• Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Site Staffing (Personnel Dispatch) department
• Responsibility for the coordination and control of worldwide personnel assignments at service and new construction sites
• Ensuring prioritized project processing, especially in situations of overload
• Establishment and implementation of regular coordination as well as close cooperation with relevant interfaces (Project Management, Sales, Purchasing, subsidiaries, and Engineering)
• Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of processes for personnel dispatch at construction sites
• Training on processes within the KHS Group as well as ensuring their application through needs-oriented audits
• Active participation in the design and further development of internal company processes and standards.

Your requirements:

• Completed degree in engineering or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience, ideally in an international plant engineering environment
• Proven experience in the functional and disciplinary leadership of employees
• Strong interdisciplinary and intercultural competence
• Proficient use of common MS-Office applications, SAP, and employee deployment planning tools
• Sound knowledge of the KHS product portfolio is an advantage
• Very good understanding of economic and technical contexts paired with strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Business fluent English skills; other foreign languages desirable
• High communication strength, assertiveness, as well as a goal- and result-oriented way of working with design competence
• Willingness for occasional international business trips (max. 15%)
