Effective immediately, we are looking for an Acceptance Auditor (m/f/d) for our main department "Baustellenmanagement" at the Dortmund location or alternatively at one of our other German locations.

Location: Dortmund / Nordrhein-Westfalen

Your tasks:

• Preparation and execution of international Factory-Acceptance-Tests (FAT) for in-house products and commercial goods under the condition On Time In Full (OTIF)
• Execution of international Site-Acceptance-Tests (SAT)
• Determination of acceptance conditions based on the customer contract and assembly of the acceptance team
• Cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g., Projektmanagement, Technik, Vertrieb, Personaldisposition) and conducting regular meetings and customer discussions
• Independent consultation with specialist departments regarding qualitative challenges on the construction site, as well as contributing initial solution approaches and initiating short-term measures for defect rectification
• Management-oriented description of technically complex problems on the construction site
• Regular Lessons-learned: Identifying recurring defects and deriving measures for future avoidance
• Discussing final SAT documentation with customers with the goal of achieving a project completion In Full On Time (IFOT)

Your requirements:

• Completed commercial-technical vocational training and several years of professional experience in the plant engineering environment with international construction site assignments
• Very good technical understanding, ideally paired with product knowledge in the beverage industry
• Hands-on mentality, as well as an independent and structured way of working due to a high degree of flexibility and resilience
• Reliable team player with a strong sense of responsibility, ability to motivate, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Good MS-Office and SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness for frequent international business trips and longer stays abroad (approx. 60-70% travel share, max. 3-4 weeks at a time)
