Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and outgoing Travel & Partnership Coordinator to join our Bangkok office. This role will support the development of our travel and tourism supplier network across Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential suppliers, communicating with hotels, tour operators, attractions, cruises, transportation providers, and medical service providers, and assisting with partnership arrangements and commercial negotiations. This is a hands-on role that is suitable for someone who enjoys meeting people, building business relationships, and working in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential travel and tourism suppliers across Thailand, including hotels, attractions, tours, dinner cruises, car rentals, airlines, and transportation providers.
  • Research and develop potential partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and medical service providers for future medical tourism services.
  • Communicate with suppliers and collect B2B rates, packages, commissions, availability, and partnership terms.
  • Assist in negotiating competitive rates and commercial terms with suppliers.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and follow up on new partnership opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated supplier and partner database.
  • Monitor supplier pricing, promotions, and market trends to help keep our products competitive.
  • Coordinate with the Reservation, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure supplier information and agreed rates are properly communicated.
  • Assist with supplier contracts, agreements, and other partnership-related documents.
  • Support other travel product development and partnership activities as required.

Qualifications: Nationality: Thai national. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, sales, business development, supplier coordination, or a related field. Language: Native Thai with a good command of spoken and written English. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. Proactive, responsible, and comfortable communicating with different types of business partners. Good knowledge of Thailand’s travel and tourism industry is an advantage. Existing contacts or experience working with hotels, tour operators, attractions, or other travel suppliers will be an advantage. Good computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Willingness to travel within Bangkok and occasionally other areas of Thailand for supplier meetings when required.
