Ticketing & Reservation Staff

Job Overview We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Reservation & Operations Staff to join our Bangkok office. This position is suitable for candidates who are interested in starting or developing their career in the travel and tourism industry. The role will support daily travel reservations, supplier coordination, booking updates, and general office operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales and Partnership teams and will receive on-the-job training to develop practical knowledge of travel reservations and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily travel bookings received from the Sales Team, including hotels, tours, cruises, car rentals, transportation, flights, and other travel services.
- Contact hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers to check availability and confirm bookings.
- Follow up on booking confirmations, vouchers, and pending reservations.
- Assist with booking changes, cancellations, and customer requests.
- Maintain accurate and organized booking records and update reservation statuses.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure bookings are completed correctly.
- Assist in resolving basic booking and service issues.
- Assist with checking supplier invoices and booking records.
- Update supplier information, rates, and service details when required.
- Support general administrative and operational tasks in the office.
- Learn and use internal booking systems, supplier platforms, and other travel-related tools.
- Perform other duties related to travel reservations and operations as assigned.
Qualifications: Nationality: Thai national. Education: Bachelor’s degree or currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 0–1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Language: Native Thai with basic to fair command of spoken and written English. Interested in working in the travel and tourism industry. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and internet tools. Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented. Willing to learn new systems and work processes. Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions carefully. Previous internship or part-time experience in a hotel, travel agency, airline, or hospitality business is an advantage, but not required.
