• Lead and guide the execution of high-value projects across landscaping, finishing, and sports field construction.
• Represent the company in high-level meetings with clients, consultants, and government stakeholders.
• Support business development and tender efforts by providing executive-level technical input.
• 2. Technical Oversight
• Approve engineering designs, shop drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Ensure all technical aspects of the projects adhere to contract specifications, quality standards, and regulations.
• Solve complex engineering and execution challenges with innovative, cost-effective solutions.
• Guide the technical team in project planning, risk management, and problem resolution.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC systems across all project sites.
• 3. Project & Operations Management
• Supervise project planning, execution, and close-out phases across departments.
• Ensure effective coordination between technical teams, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor performance indicators such as cost, schedule, and quality to ensure targets are met.
• Lead executive reviews and progress meetings to assess project health and implement corrective actions when needed.
