Your tasks

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and support the company's growth.

• Identify and approach potential clients and business partners.

• Develop new business opportunities in manpower supply and facilities management.

• Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Conduct market research and analyse business opportunities.

• Coordinate with operations teams to meet client requirements.

• Monitor business performance and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

-Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong client relationship and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Relevant experience in business development or sales is preferred.

• Good written and spoken English.
