Our roots lie within premium passenger transport and vehicle fleet management, but we have continuously evolved to bridge the gap between traditional taxi service and modern IT-driven transport management. As we are now expanding our internal corporate structure, we are seeking a competent Assistant Manager for our growing operations in Sollentuna.

Your tasks

About the position We are looking for a highly organized, technically savvy, and proactive Assistant Manager to oversee our daily corporate administration and operational processes. You will work directly with the company management, and your areas of responsibility will span technical operations management, corporate support, customer relations, and operational coordination.

Main responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing projects and transport management operations.
• Oversee daily office administration, internal documentation, and staff coordination.
• Assist the CEO with scheduling, contract management, and quality assessment of services.
• Coordinate workflows between our various operational areas to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications and requirements

• Previously documented experience in a leading, supervisory, administrative, or operationally coordinating role.
• Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of Swedish is a merit.

• Scope: Full-time (100%), Permanent employment.
• Workplace: Sollentuna, Sweden.
• Salary: 34,500 SEK gross per month (Fully in accordance with the statutory Swedish median salary requirement and market standards for administrative leadership).
