Your missions

• Control the conformity of products/manufacturing processes to customer quality requirements,
• Guarantee compliance with customer Quality standards,
• Qualitatively analyze deviations from product standards and manufacturing processes,
• Participate in the definition and implementation of methods and devices necessary to guarantee product conformity,
• Evaluate quality risks and identify drifts in order to improve the quality system,
• Participate in the creation and updating of AMDEC,
• Perform statistical analyses of processes as well as measurement or control means,
• Participate in the creation of self-controls,
• Participate in the quality validation of equipment,
• Ensure the monitoring of the calibration system for measuring devices,
• Conduct problem-solving processes,
• Issue proposals to strengthen the quality aspect while simplifying (templates, error-proofing),
• Work in interaction with the different functions of the company.

Occasional travel abroad, mainly in Europe, is to be expected.

Your Qualifications

• You are a graduate of a technical field with two to three years of experience in a similar role, ideally acquired in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing would be strongly appreciated.
• You demonstrate leadership, autonomy, method, and team spirit. You also possess good interpersonal skills.
• You have a good level of English allowing you to conduct and lead meetings with the Group's international teams.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
