Recruitment Specialist – Blue Collar & Drivers Hiring

Handle the full recruitment cycle for Blue Collar positions , with a primary focus on Drivers Recruitment .

Source, screen, and interview candidates for drivers and other Blue Collar positions.

Conduct high-volume recruitment and Mass Hiring activities to meet business manpower requirements.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers and Blue Collar candidates.

Coordinate interviews, selection, hiring, and required pre-employment procedures.

Utilize different recruitment channels to attract and hire qualified candidates.

Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements across different locations.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates and reports.

Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams throughout the recruitment process.

2+ years of experience in Recruitment, with strong hands-on experience in Blue Collar Recruitment.

Proven and specialized experience in Drivers Recruitment is mandatory and considered a key requirement for the role.

Experience in Mass Hiring / High-Volume Recruitment is highly preferred.

Previous experience in the Logistics, Transportation, Fleet, or related industries is preferred.

Strong experience in sourcing and attracting Blue Collar candidates through different recruitment channels.

Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies and high-volume recruitment targets.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines.

Qalyubia or Cairo residents are preferred.
