ENGINEER

Job Summary

You will operate, maintain, and improve factory systems to ensure stable supply and quality for customers. Manage equipment including ice machines, boilers, pipelines, exhaust, air conditioning, fire protection, and clean room systems. Lead system improvement projects and HOOKUP planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain ice machines and boiler systems to ensure continuous production.
• Manage process pipeline and exhaust system operations and maintenance for optimal performance.
• Oversee air conditioning and fire protection system operation and upkeep to maintain safety and compliance.
• Operate and maintain clean room systems to support quality standards.
• Plan and execute system improvement projects and HOOKUP activities to enhance factory operations.
• Provide engineering support to improve system reliability and supply stability.
• Work independently under rotation shift schedules while managing stress effectively.
• Apply creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve operational issues.
• Use critical thinking and numeracy skills to analyze system performance and implement improvements.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members to maintain operational excellence.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

• Must be able to perform rotation shift.
