Department Head in Tandem (d/w/m)
Focus on Loan Operations (Transaction Management) | Part-time 80%
The Loan Management department accompanies the entire lifecycle of DEG's loans and named bonds and is responsible for the correct mapping and processing of transactions. The range of tasks includes, among others, the management of subsidiary ledgers, disbursements, payment agent activities, interest and invoice management, as well as dunning and incoming payment processing. As a partner to our market departments, we advise on the structuring of transactions with regard to feasibility and efficiency.

Ensuring the department's contribution to achieving business goals and the strategic further development of DEG
joint responsibility for the processing of loan business as well as the management of subsidiary ledgers
continuous further development of processes and our core banking system (SAP CML) in close cooperation with IT and Business Analyse
leadership of a specialized team with a variety of interfaces to the market departments, production controlling/accounting, IT
active, proactive management of team capacities to ensure performance, especially during peak loads

university degree in economics or business administration or comparable qualification
several years of experience in the processing of loan transactions, ideally in an international environment
readiness to share leadership responsibility in a tandem model in a partnership-based manner and to work in close coordination
proficient English skills
strong analytical and conceptual skills, entrepreneurial thinking, communication strength, as well as initiative
