Costing & Tenders Executive (Lighting)
Your tasks
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Review drawings and take off lighting quantities.
- Compare supplier quotations and propose cost-effective alternatives.
- Track tender deadlines, follow up on quotations, and hand over awarded projects.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- 2–3 years’ relevant costing, estimating, or tendering experience.
- Proficient in Excel, drawing interpretation, and quantity take-offs.
- Lighting products, DIALux, or GeBIZ knowledge is an advantage.
