Legal Manager

Type of Business: Trading / Investment / Multinational Japanese Company

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30–17:00 *Flexible working hours available depending on department WFH 1–2 days/week, depending on department

Key Responsibilities: -Provide practical legal advice and solutions to management, business and corporate divisions, and group companies. -Review and draft various business contracts, including sale and purchase agreements. -Support and promote the Company's Compliance Program and “With Integrity” guidelines. -Handle legal and compliance issues and provide appropriate solutions. -Manage corporate secretarial matters, including preparation and coordination of Shareholders' Meetings and Board of Directors' Meetings. -Manage and maintain relevant company registrations and corporate documents. -Review and update internal company regulations in line with changes in applicable laws and regulations. -Provide legal knowledge and awareness training to employees through seminars, newsletters, and other activities. -Support legal dispute and crisis management when required. -Work closely with internal departments and group companies on various legal matters.

Qualifications: Male or Female, preferably 28–35 years old. Thai Lawyer's License is required. 5+ years of experience in corporate legal work. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in corporate legal practices, particularly contract review and drafting. Strong command of English and Thai, both written and spoken. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams. Strong problem-solving and proposal skills with a high level of responsibility and integrity. Good understanding of corporate decision-making processes. Experience in legal dispute and crisis management is an advantage. Outgoing personality with a strong team spirit.
