KeyStaff is looking for versatile professionals for its clients during Lapland's busy winter season 2026–2027. This is an open application for several different employers in the tourism and restaurant industry. Open positions include, e.g.: Waiters/Waitresses
Chefs and kitchen assistants
Reception and front desk staff
Bartenders

Safari and activity guides / instructors
Other tourism and customer service tasks
What does the job entail? Lapland's winter is not just a work environment – it is a season where pace, nature, and international customers meet. Shifts vary depending on the location, and the work is performed during the winter season, which is approximately 15.11.2026 - 31.3.2027. What we hope from you: A customer service mindset
Willingness to work seasonally and in varied environments
English language skills (other language skills are a plus)
Previous work experience relevant to the position you are applying for
A proactive attitude – in Lapland, work and daily life often go hand in hand
Depending on the task, a valid hygiene passport, alcohol server permit, or other certificates
